UpperDecky products are storage containers designed for everyday carry. They are not consumable products.

PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payments must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

SHIPPING
We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays. UpperDecky is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement. Please contact us with proof of damage within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of UpperDecky and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UpperDecky shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
